Our first exhibition at pod!!

Orr & Sweeney are an international dance company that specialise in arts projects targeting environmental change. As well being professional dancers and choreographers, they work across artistic forms to bring the language of dance into other professions such as ecology and environmental science. Marnie Orr is a Perth based artist and independent producer whilst Rachel Sweeney from Liverpool in the UK is currently based at the ANU working as a Visiting Fellow through the Humanities Research Centre. Their work has been produced throughout the UK and Australia since 2006.

The exhibition opening night included a one off live dance and music performance at 6pm. Marnie and Rachel teamed up with local musicians Richard Johnson and Michael Norris who produced a live improvised score.
